Megaformer
Offering a total body workout, our two Megaformers merge the nurturing approach of Pilates with the rigors of bodybuilding, while addressing the five elements of physical fitness: cardio, strength, endurance, body composition and flexibility. Each workout is a private lesson with a specialised trainer.

Included as part of your stayThere’s nothing like a gentle pre-breakfast stretching session to energize mind and body. This simple morning activity takes in light stretches, low-intensity movement and focused breathing to tone and loosen muscles, improve flexibility and boost energy. Suitable for all fitness levels, it is an enjoyable, refreshing way to embrace a brand-new day.

Olive Oil Tasting
Included as part of your stayOne of the foundation stones of the Mediterranean diet, olive oil is as varied as wine in its aromas and taste sensations. Italy alone is home to over 2,000 separate varieties. In this guided tasting, our maître d’hôtel will introduce some of the world’s finest examples of this miraculous green-gold liquid with its antioxidant properties.
